ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION AND POLICY
Ticketing Information
Patrons are permitted to purchase two (2) accessible seats for each game, based on availability. For each ticket purchased by a patron who requires an accessible seat, an additional ticket can be purchased for a companion. Should additional tickets be required for additional assistance, accommodations will be made for these requests, based on availability.
Each patron who enters the premises for a game will require a ticket for entry.
During regular business hours, tickets can be purchased in person at Battalion Headquarters, 100 Chippewa Street West (inside Memorial Gardens on the 2nd level), with accessible entrance through Gate 1. An elevator is located at the north-east end of the building (towards the YMCA). Tickets can also be purchased over the phone by calling 705-495-8603, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
On game days, tickets can be purchased at the Box Office located inside Gate 7. The Box Office opens three (3) hours prior to puck drop and remains open until the end of the first intermission. Accessible access is available through Gates 1 and 7.
For patrons who require accessible seating and arrive at the game with regular seating tickets, we will do our best to accommodate accessible seating if available. Should none be available, we will attempt to provide alternate seating arrangements.
