ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION AND POLICY
Ticketing Information:
Patrons are permitted to purchase two (2) accessible seats for each game, based on availability. For each ticket purchased by a patron who requires an accessible seat, an additional ticket can be purchased for a companion. Should additional tickets be required for additional assistance, accommodations will be made for these requests, based on availability.
Each patron who enters the premises for a game will require a ticket for entry.
During regular business hours, tickets can be purchased in person at Battalion Headquarters, 100 Chippewa Street West (which is located inside Memorial Gardens on the 2nd level), with accessible entrance through Gate 1. To access the 2nd level, the elevator can be found in the north-east end of the building (towards the YMCA). Tickets can also be purchased over the phone, by calling us at 705-495-8603. Our regular hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 9am-4pm.
On game days, tickets can be purchased at Box Office located inside Gate 7 and is open three (3) hours prior to puck drop and remains open until the end of the 1st intermission, with accessible access through Gate 1 and 7.
For patrons who require accessible seating who arrive at the game with regular seating tickets, we will do our best to accommodate you in any available accessible seating. Should none be available we will do our best to make alternate seating arrangements.
Accessible Seating Locations:
Accessible seating is available on every level of the arena. Please see designated areas below:
North-West Rinkside: Seat 1 to 4
North-East Rinkside: Seat 5 to 8
Hall of Fame Lounge: Seat 3 to 4 and 20 to 21
To access the 2nd and 3rd level, the elevator is located at the north-west end of the building (towards the YMCA). For access to the Hall of Fame Lounge a wheelchair lift is located on the left side of the entrance.
Service Animals
All service animals are permitted in Memorial Gardens. For all games they are permitted inside the building. Please let a customer service representative know if you require alternate seating to accommodate a service animal.
Merchandise Information
Merchandise is available for purchase during regular business hours by appointment (Monday – Friday, 9am-4pm) at the Quartermaster retail store. It is located inside Memorial Gardens with accessible entrance through Gate 1. Appointments to purchase merchandise can be made by calling us at 705-495-8603.
On game days, the Quartermaster retail store is open one (1) hour prior to the game and will remain open twenty (20) minute after the game has ended with accessible access through Gate 1, 6 and 7.
Assistive Devices
If you require a walker or wheelchair to be stored during a game, please visit the Box Office located inside Gate 7, with accessible access through Gate 1, 6 and 7. Items can be stored for the duration of the game.
If you require a wheelchair escort to your seat, accommodations can be made by visiting the Box Office.
Accessible Parking
Memorial Gardens has thirty-eight (38) accessible parking spots. Located off of Chippewa Street, fourteen (14) spots are in front of the building and twenty-four (24) spots are located on the north side lot of the building (towards the YMCA). It is filled on a first come first served basis. It is recommended to arrive early to secure parking. The parking lot is close to Gate 1 and 7.
