🏒 Redemption Night Policy
To show appreciation for our loyal Season Ticket Holders, we’re excited to three Redemption Nights during the season. This program allows fans to redeem unused tickets for select games, ensuring no seat goes to waste!
✅ Eligibility
- Open to all Season Ticket Holders.
- Each account may redeem tickets for up to two designated Redemption Nights per season (example: If STH has 4 seats and can’t make it to a game in the first night, they can redeem 4 tickets for the 1st half redemption game and repeat the process for 2nd half).
- Each Season Ticket Holder may redeem a maximum of two missed games for use on Redemption Nights.
🔁 How to Redeem
- Notify Us: Season Ticket Holders must notify the team at least 48 hours prior to the game they will miss.
- Receive Voucher: Upon approval, a ticket will be issued for the redemption night game.
- Redeem for New Game: Confirm your seat location with someone from our box office team and enjoy the game.
📲 Redemption Platform
- All redemptions will be processed through the North Bay Battalion Headquarters.
- Redemption tickets can be used on Thursday December 11th at 7:00PM versus the Brampton Steelheads, Thursday, Jan. 8th versus the Ottawa 67’s and Thursday March 5th at 7:00PM versus the Oshawa Generals.
⚠️ Additional Notes
- Seat locations for Redemption Nights are subject to availability and may differ from original seats.
- Vouchers must be redeemed before the Redemption Night game date.
- This program is not valid for playoff games or premium matchups unless otherwise stated.
