Defensemen Justin Barron (Halifax Mooseheads), Louis Crevier (Chicoutimi Saguenéens) and Noah Laaouan (Charlottetown Islanders) are the three nominees for the 2020-2021 Kevin-Lowe Trophy.

The Quebec City, QC native ended the campaign with six goals, 14 points and a +9 ratio in 26 games. Known for his active stick and heavy bodychecks, the 6’8’’ defenseman also finished with a meager 12 penalty minutes for the East Division champs.

His stellar +33 differential helped the Islanders finish first in the overall standings. This marks the fourth consecutive campaign in which Laaouan has registered a +/- ratio that is superior to +20.
