After being traded to Drummondville during the Christmas trade period, William Dufour piled up 33 points in the Voltigeurs‘ uniform finishing his sophomore year with 28 goals and 27 assists. His performances impressed the NHL Central Scouting Bureau and he climbed up from the 99th rank to the 69th.
