Louis Robitaille is suspended

The Québec Major Junior Hockey League Disciplinary Prefect, Mr Maurice Filion, announced this afternoon a suspension of one game to Louis Robitaille from the Montréal Rocket.

The incident happened while the Montréal Rocket was visiting the Drakkar in Baie-Comeau on Friday, October 4, 2002. During the game, Rocket’s left defenseman Louis Robitaille did a high sticking on a player who did not have the puck.

After watching the tape, the Disciplinary Prefect imposed a suspension of one game to Robitaille.

The suspension is effective starting today, Thursday October 10, 2002.
