Eastlink Community TV to broadcast 20 QMJHL Games

The QMJHL is proud to announce that Eastlink Community TV will broadcast 20 regular-season games this season, the majority of which will take place on Friday nights (15).

Eastlink Community TV also plans to broadcast games during the first three rounds of the 2027 playoffs.

The first regular-season matchup will be broadcast on September 18 and will feature the Halifax Mooseheads against the Cape Breton Eagles, who are considered by many to be the team to beat in the QMJHL this season.

The 20th and final matchup will take place on March 20 and will feature the Moncton Wildcats against the Mooseheads.

Our team is thrilled to bring the excitement of QMJHL to Eastlink TV viewers for another four seasons through regular season games every Friday night as well as extensive playoff and championship coverage. Our cameras will be rolling to capture all the exhilarating moments.”

Eastlink Community TV will broadcast six games from Cape Breton and Halifax, compared to five from Moncton and three from Charlottetown.

Nineteen of the 20 matchups will feature two teams from the Atlantic provinces, with the exception of the Friday, October 16 game, which will see the Val-d’Or Foreurs take on the Mooseheads.
