TRADE: Kidney dealt to Olympiques for Arsenault, Orr, and draft pick
BATHURST, N.B. – The Acadie-Bathurst Titan have acquired forwards Donovan Arsenault and Robert Orr along with a first round pick in 2025 from the Gatineau Olympiques in exchange for forward Riley Kidney.
Kidney, a product of Enfield, Nova Scotia, was originally selected 11th overall by the Titan in the 2019 QMJHL Draft. The Montreal Canadiens prospect has 216 points in 189 career games including 45 points in 31 games this season.
Arsenault is an 18-year-old forward and a former second round pick of the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies in 2020. The Richmond, Prince Edward Island native has seven goals and nine assists for 16 points in 36 games with Gatineau this season.
Orr, a Beaconsfield, Quebec native, was a fifth round pick of the Saint John Sea Dogs at the 2019 QMJHL Draft. The 19-year-old Carolina Hurricanes prospect was acquired by the Olympiques this summer and has totalled nine goals and 12 assists for 21 points in 36 games this season.
