Q: What is your favourite pre-game meal?
A: I would say either a plate of pasta or some steak.
Q: Which is your favourite NHL team? Tell us how you came to love that team.
A: I’d say the Edmonton Oilers because McDavid is on that team and every time I watch them play, you know, it’s just excitement to see him play. I love his creativity and his speed of the game.
Q: Who is your favourite hockey player & why?
A: McDavid.
Q: What type of music do you listen to?
A: I would say rap/ hip-hop.
Q: Who is your favourite musician/artist?
A: I like a lot of them, but I don’t really have a favourite. I like a lot of them.
Q: What are some of your pre-game rituals?
A: I don’t really have pre-game rituals, but the day before the game [for] example, I will go to bed early just to make sure I’m ready for the game on Game Day.
Q: What is it you love about the game of hockey?
A: You know, just the experience and ever since I was younger, I knew I wanted to play in the NHL and I’ve been working hard every day to fulfil that dream. And up to now, I’m really excited of where I’ve come through my career, and I can’t wait.
Q: What is your favourite hockey memory and why?
A: I would say peewee minor. Well, you know, I would say even today, actually. Getting drafted is just a crazy experience and, you know, it’s a one in a lifetime to fulfil.
Q: What style of hockey do you play?
A: I’m an offensive defenceman.
Q: As a hockey player, what do you think you’ll bring to the Acadie-Bathurst Titan team?
A: I think I’ll bring my offense of the game and just being creative with the puck, very patient and helping out the team to win and go as far as possible.
Q: What got you into the game?
A: When I was younger my dad was playing hockey and I’d always want to be with him. So, when he’d go out and play hockey at nights, he’d give me his hockey stick and I’d sleep with it. And so then he saw that I had this kind of love for the game and so he put me into skating and ever since then I fell in love with the sport.
Q: Do you play video games? What is your favourite?
A: No, I don’t play video games.
Q: What is your favourite television show/series?
A: That’s really, really, hard. Television show, I don’t know. I don’t really watch a lot of TV. But I watch Netflix. I like, I can say a movie, Grown Ups, I love that movie.
Q: Do you have any superstitions on game days? If so, how did that start?
A: I don’t have any superstitions.
Q: Do you have any other hobbies outside of hockey and if yes, what would they be?
A: Outside of hockey I like Muay Thai, I do a lot of Muay Thai. And, boxing, those are really fun.
Q: Tell us a little bit about your hometown and your minor hockey experience.
A: My hometown, you know, I have a lot of family around me, great support. And my experience in minor hockey, all my life I’ve been playing hockey and every day it’s just a great experience to be [in the] City of Montreal. And there’s great competition there too and overall, just good experience.
