CMG, Tompkins Insurance and the Saint John Sea Dogs have teamed up for the Team Player Program, promoting positive values in minor hockey players both on and off the ice.

The program is open to all teams involved in Southern New Brunswick Minor Hockey and gives coaches a unique way to recognize players who demonstrate the values of a great teammate.

Each participating coach receives a co-branded Team Player jersey that can be presented to players throughout the season. Coaches can use the jersey as motivation for their players to exhibit positive team values both on and off the ice.

The recipient of the Team Player Award might not always be the player who scores the most goals. It could be the player who worked the hardest in practice, demonstrated leadership during a game, supported their teammates or showed what it means to be a great team player.

Every player gets an opportunity.

The recipient of the jersey is at the discretion of the coach, with the goal of having every player on the team receive the Team Player jersey at least once during the season.

Coaches Kit Includes

Team Player Jersey

A co-branded Team Player jersey that coaches can present throughout the season. At the end of the season, the jersey can be presented to the CMG and Tompkins Insurance Team Player.

Team Player Certificates

Team Player certificates signed by Saint John Sea Dogs Head Coach Jim Hulton to be presented to each recipient.
