The Olympiques sign Lukas Kral
GATINEAU – The General Manager of the Gatineau Olympiques, Serge Beausoleil, announced Friday the signing of European forward Lukas Karl.
Kral, 18, was the 6th overall pick in the 2023 international draft. He played in the Canadian Hockey League during the 2023-2024 season with the Spokane Chiefs of the Western Junior Hockey League, collecting 16 points (8 goals, 8 assists) in 43 games.

Originally from Sadska in the Czech Republic, the 5-foot-11, 173-pound forward is expected to play tonight’s game in Baie-Comeau.
