Screaming Eagles Deal Three Players
Sydney–The Cape Breton Screaming Eagles have completed three trades during this past weekend.
The first deal saw defenseman Raman Hrabarenka (1992-08-24)sent to the Drummondville Voltigeurs in exchange for a sixth round pick acquired from Blainville-Boisbriand in the 2012 Quebec Major Junior Hockey League’s entry draft.
Goaltender Alexandre Veronneau (1993-05-03) was also on the move to the Quebec Remparts for Quebec’s 7th round selection in the 2012 QMJHL midget draft.
In the final trade of the weekend, forward Samuel Hodhod (1994-02-14)was traded to the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada in exchange for goaltender William Racicot (1992-07-19) and a 2nd round pick in the 2013 QMJHL midget entry draft.
The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League’s trade period ends at 1:00 pm Atlantic Standard Time on Saturday January 7th.
