CHL Playoff Notebook: March 28, 2019
Three more eliminations has the Canadian Hockey League playoff picture down to 40 teams:
Ontario Hockey League
Two more goals by blue-liner Adam Boqvist, whose six total tallies lead OHL playoff goal scoring, powered the London Knights to a 5-2 victory and a series sweep of the Windsor Spitfires.
The Guelph Storm made quick work of the Kitchener Rangers, ousting the rival club in four games, capped with a 5-1 win Thursday in which four Guelph skaters put up multi-point nights, including Chicago Blackhawks prospect MacKenzie Entwistle, who finished with one goal and one assist.
Blade Jenkins‘ overtime heroics capped a 5-4 decision for the Saginaw Spirit as the club handed the Sarnia Sting a four-game exit.

A 5-3 victory in Game 4 saw the Niagara IceDogs push the North Bay Battalion to the brink of elimination thanks to a three-point effort by draft-eligible right-wing Philip Tomasino.
The Peterborough Petes will now need to fight for their playoff lives after dropping Game 4 to the Oshawa Generals by a 5-2 score in which left-wing Anthony Salinitri tallied twice for the opposition.
Quebec Major Junior Hockey League
After dropping the first two contests, the Halifax Mooseheads have evened their series versus the Quebec Remparts following their second straight road victory in which a two-goal night by captain Antoine Morand lifted his club to a 5-4 win.

Western Hockey League
A 24-save performance saw netminder Dustin Wolf record his first career WHL playoff shutout as the Everett Silvertips blanked the Tri-City Americans by a 3-0 score in Game 4 to gain a 3-1 series edge.
The Calgary Hitmen have drawn even versus the Lethbridge Hurricanes following a 5-2 decision in Game 4 in which rookie forward Ryder Korczak led the way with a trio of assists.
