CHL – 2025 MEMORIAL CUP TICKET HOLDER SURVEY CONTEST
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
The “CHL – 2025 Memorial Cup Survey Contest” (the “Contest”) is administered by the Canadian Hockey League (“CHL” or the “Sponsor”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
1. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins at 10:00:00 AM ET on June 4, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 17, 2025 (the “Contest Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, including residents of Quebec (age of majority in Quebec is 16). Employees, officers, directors, representatives or agents (and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household) of the CHL, its member teams, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit the Contest page during the Contest Period and complete the official survey and entry form in full, including your name, email address, responses to the required survey questions, and acceptance of the contest terms. Participants must also check the box to opt in to receive CHL communications to be eligible.
Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address. Additional entries will be disqualified.
4. PRIZE
There is one (1) prize available to be won:

One (1) Memorial Cup Rimouski Opening Game Issued Jersey
The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
A random draw will be conducted on or around June 18, 2025, at approximately 10:00 AM ET in Toronto, Ontario from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The selected entrant will be notified by email by a CHL representative. The selected entrant must respond within 24 hours of notification, correctly answer a skill-testing question, and complete a declaration and release form in order to be confirmed as the winner. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and another entrant may be selected.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to:

Release and hold harmless the CHL and its affiliates from any liability related to the Contest or prize;

Allow use of their name, team selection, and email (for contact purposes) by the CHL for prize fulfillment and promotional communications.
The CHL reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest should any cause beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, security, or fairness of the Contest.
7. PRIVACY
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Contest and in accordance with CHL’s Privacy Policy: https://chl.ca/privacy_policy.
