My Account Log-In | Tutorial: First Account Manager Log-In
Account Manager is the best way to:
- View your tickets
- Present digital tickets for scanning at games (Mobile device only)
- Save digital tickets to Apple or Google Wallet (Mobile device only)
- View your upcoming games and events
- Verify your tickets and seats
- Manage your account
- Buy additional tickets
- Pay any open invoices
- and much more…
First Log-In to Account Manager:
IMPORTANT: Use the email address you used to access last season. Click the Tutorial Image links for visual directions.
Note: Fans who purchased tickets from Ticketmaster in the past few years will be able to skip this step and sign in directly using your Ticketmaster account information.
- Click Here to enter the Account Manager portal.
- Note: It is a good idea to bookmark or save this page in your mobile device for quick access in the future.
- Click the “Sign In” or Person-in-Circle icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
- Enter the email address you used to access last season’s Keystone Wheat Kings ticket account.
- Complete the account Sign-Up/sign in process as prompted. You may be asked to enter a phone number for security & verification purposes.
View Your Events (Game Tickets) in Account Manager:
- Once you are logged-in, click any link titled My Events, Manage Tickets, or Manage My Tickets.
- Click on any of the events listed to view your tickets.
- Mobile device: You will have full access to view seats, see your digital tickets, and save digital tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet.
- Computer: You will have access to view your seats only.
Digital Ticketing: Save Tickets to Apple or Google Wallet on your mobile device
Before you go to any Wheat Kings game, save your tickets to your iPhone’s Apple Wallet or Android device’s Google Wallet for fastest and easiest entry into the Keystone Center.

- iPhone: Save your tickets to Apple Wallet
- Android: Save your tickets to Google Wallet
Transferring Tickets:
- Open the Ticketmaster App and sign into your account.
- Find your order in My Tickets (My Events).
- Tap Transfer. If you receive a message that the Event Organizer hasn’t activated transfer, your tickets aren’t eligible for transfer.
- You’ll receive a text with a one-time code to verify your identity. Type in the code and select Confirm. Visit Ticketmaster’s help page to learn more.
- Select the tickets you’d like to transfer and tap Transfer To.
- Enter your recipient’s information, including their mobile number or email address — you could even add a note too.
- Tap Transfer Ticket.
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Find your order in the My Tickets section.
- Click Transfer Tickets. If you receive a message that the Event Organizer hasn’t activated transfer, your tickets aren’t eligible for transfer.
- You’ll receive a text with a one-time code to verify your identity. Type in that code and select Confirm. Visit our help page to learn more.
- Select the tickets you’d like to transfer and click Continue.
- Enter your recipient’s information, including their email address — you could even add a note too.
- Click Send.
Your transferred tickets will be shown in your account as sent. Once the recipient has accepted them, you’ll receive an email confirming the ticket has been accepted. After a successful Ticket Transfer, the ticket in your account is no longer valid for event entry.
