2019-20 Top Scorer – Andrej Kukuca
Andrej Kukuca was the top scorer on the Seattle Thunderbirds this season. Kukuca had 57 points on 26 goals and 31 assists.
“Andrej has been an impactful T-Bird in his two years with the team. Like last year Andrej got hot in the second half and was a key contributor to this year’s success. Andrej is the ultimate teammate and was a pleasure to coach. We wish him the best in the next step of his career,” said Head Coach Matt O’Dette.
Kukuca had two hat tricks this season. The first came on January 4 in Medicine Hat.

His second hat trick was on February 18 at accesso ShoWare Center against the Moose Jaw Warriors.

Kukuca’s second goal on his way to the hat trick against Moose Jaw was the WHL’s Highlight of the Night from all goals across the league that night.

Kukuca had 14 multi-point games this season, including four 2-goal games. He had one six-game point streak and two five-game point streaks this season.
