Silvertips Media Guide Online Now
EVERETT, WA – On the same day they open their ninth season of play in the Western Hockey League, the Everett Silvertips have unveiled the first comprehensive media guide in the team’s history. The publication, which is currently available to view and download online, features a wealth of information about Everett’s present and past teams.
Content includes profiles of this year’s roster players and team staff, year-by-year statistics, franchise records, an all-time roster of past players, head-to-head opponent breakdowns, draft histories, and much more. The Silvertips Media Guide will tell you everything you need to know about this year’s Silvertips while also serving as a complete manual of franchise history.

The Silvertips are in Portland, Oregon tonight to open the Western Hockey League season against the defending U.S. Division and Western Conference Champion Winterhawks at 7:00 pm. The game can be heard live on 1520 AM KKXA and later on a tape-delayed basis on the radio home of Silvertips hockey: Fox Sports 1380 AM.
Tomorrow night the Silvertips will be back in Everett at Comcast Arena for the ninth home opener in franchise history at 7:05 pm against the Kelowna Rockets. The first 5,000 fans through the doors will receive a FREE Silvertips 2011-12 magnet schedule courtesy of Lamoureux Realty and Frost Doughnuts.
