• Packages of ten (10) or sixteen (16) vouchers redeemable for tickets to any regular season game (based upon availability).
• Color of package allocates your seat section options, and you choose which games best suit your schedule.
• One voucher equals one ticket, which may be used in any denomination for maximum flexibility.

How do I use the vouchers in my Flex Packs?

Flex packs may be used for any of the 34 Everett Silvertips regular season home games. For example (10 ticket Flex Pack):

• One ticket to ten games; entry for a single person to 10 games
• Two tickets to five games; entry for two people to five games
• Five tickets to two games; entry for five people to two games
• Ten tickets to one game; entry for 10 people to single game

Your tickets… your choice! You decide which game(s), and how many tickets to use!

When may I exchange my Flex vouchers?

Flex vouchers may be exchanged for tickets starting when single game tickets go on sale in September 2023. They expire on the last home game of the regular season: Saturday, Mar. 23, 2024.

Sorry, no upgrades are available. Once you’ve exchanged your voucher for a game ticket, you cannot exchange it for another seat or another game.

Where can I exchange Flex vouchers?

IN-PERSON – Stop by the Silvertips Office during business hours prior to the game and exchange flex vouchers with no service fees or visit the AOTW Arena Box Office during their business hours or on the way to the game ($1 service will be required per ticket printed).
