LAST TIME OUT:
EVT 2 – VAN 1 (1-23-20): Dustin Wolf turned away 27 shots and didn’t allow a goal for the final 54 minutes, and Gage Goncalves buried two goals to help lift the Everett Silvertips to a 2-1 victory over the Vancouver Giants on Thursday at Langley Events Centre in WHL action. The Tips seized five points on their three game road swing (2-0-1) and have gone unbeaten in regulation in the last five games (4-0-1). The Tips fired 22 shots on net in the first period, a new season high for one frame.

1) FONSTAD-Y AS HE GOES: Cole Fonstad ended Thursday night second in WHL assists (45) … his  55 points in 42 games, were tied for 9^th in WHL scoring … his 60 assists in the calendar year of 2019 were 2^nd in the WHL, trailing Eli Zummack of Spokane by three.
2) CAN DO KINDOPP: Tips captain Bryce Kindopp, at the end of Thursday night was third in WHL goals (30) this season… he’s scored 30 goal plateau for the second straight year … he is tied for 4^th in Tips history with 100 goals (Josh Winquist).
