Tips, EYH Unveil New Youth Program Jerseys
EVERETT, Wash. – The Everett Silvertips (@WHLSilvertips), proud member of the Western Hockey League, and Everett Youth Hockey have unveiled new jersey upgrades designed specifically for the entire Everett Youth Hockey (EYH) Recreational Program, outfitting registered youth players across multiple age levels of EYH with inspired Silvertips branding and colors.
“As Everett Youth Hockey strives to provide a quality and first class experience for all individuals associated, we’re excited about a new opportunity to help our youth players suit up in a current look designed to elevate pride,” said EYH director of equipment and uniforms Mike Nouque. “This opportunity is possible because of the financial support of those with the EYH Booster Club, and continues to help build on our priority of serving youth in the Pacific Northwest who are passionate about the game of hockey.”
The jerseys, financed through Silvertips game night raffle fundraising with the EYH Booster Club, offer traditional colors, logo, and trim while introducing a new set of inspired designs, including Navy camo and green camo to salute Snohomish County’s background as home to Naval Station Everett.
Replacing previous models used since 2004, as many as six jersey selections per age division will be available, supplementing additional “opponent clash sets” of jerseys to assure EYH teams with appropriate contrasting colors with any scheduled opponent.
Goaltenders suiting up in the new jerseys will have an opportunity to wear a number of current and past Silvertips goaltending figures, offered in #70 (Carter Hart), #32 (Kent Simpson), #31 (Leland Irving), #30 (Austin Lotz), and #1 (Michael Wall).
