Rockets Celebrate The Holidays
r The Kelowna Rockets spread some holiday cheer last week.
r
r Prior to the game on Friday December 12, the Rockets organization donated a $4,000 cheque to the Daily Courier's Be An Angel Campaign. The donation is in lieu of the Rockets spending thousands of dollars to buy and mail out Christmas cards.
r
r The Be An Angel Campaign benefits the Okanagan Boys & Girls Clubs. Rockets' VP of Business Gavin Hamilton stated, "On behalf of our season ticket holders, we are proud to be part of such an important and worthwhile campaign."

Over the past three games the Rockets qualified 35 season ticket holders through a random draw for a THREE night stay in sunny and HOT Los Angeles, California. The grand prize winner was Garry Wittich. He has won a sports lover's dream holiday.
