Rebels pick Conner Bleackley
RED DEER, AB – Jesse Wallin, Vice-President of Hockey Operations/Head Coach of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today they have selected centre Conner Bleackley with their first pick, 21st overall, in the 2011 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft.
Bleackley had 68 points (36-32-68) in 29 games with the Okotoks AAA Bantams in 2010-11.
