Graham’s Trick Sinks Raiders in OT
Prince Albert, SK – Ryan Graham scored the game-tying goal in the final minute of the third period and netted the overtime winner to lift the Saskatoon Blades to a 4-3 win against the Prince Albert Raiders on Friday night at the Art Hauser Centre.

A back-and-forth affair filled with physical play, the Raiders took a late lead when Reid Gardiner scored at the 16:11 mark of the third period. Prince Albert looked on their way to a win when Graham connected on a rebound for his second goal of the night. Graham would complete the hat trick 30 seconds into the extra frame to secure his team two points.
Jesse Lees (1g-1a) and Austin Glover (2a) each collected a pair of points to lead the Raiders. Simon Stransky and Gardiner also found the back of the net for Prince Albert.
Graham’s three-goal effect fueled the Blades. Cameron Hebig, Brycen Martin and Nolan Reid each notched two assists. Saskatoon’s other goal came off the stick of Nick Zajac.
Making his seventh-straight start, Rylan Parenteau turned away 36 of 40 shots, while Brock Hamm stopped 32 of the 35 attempts he saw.
The Blades outshot the Raiders 40-35. Prince Albert went 0-for-2 on the power play, while Saskatoon was 0-for-2.
The Raiders fall to 12-5-2-1 with the result, while the Blades see their record improve to 9-7-3-0 on the campaign.
The Prince Albert Raiders will travel to Manitoba this weekend for their next game on Sunday, November 15 against the Brandon Wheat Kings.
