Raiders Recall Goaltender Brenden Fiebelkorn

Prince Albert, Saskatchewan- The Prince Albert Raiders have recalled 16 year-old goaltender Brenden Fiebelkorn from the Winnipeg Hawks of the Winnipeg Midget AAA Hockey League. Fiebelkorn will be with the Raiders this week and wear #35.

                19 year-old goaltender Jamie Tucker suffered a laceration to the thumb of his blocker hand during the Raiders game Saturday in Regina and is out week-to-week.

                Fiebelkorn was the Raiders 4^th round selection, 78^th overall in the 2009 WHL Bantam Draft. He has appeared in 18 games for the league leading Winnipeg Hawks this season with a 13-0-2 record, 2 shut outs and a 2.27 goals against average.

Tyler Yaworski and Nathan Deck will visit Victoria Regional Hospital Paediatrics Ward and other patients currently in the hospital.

Raiders Todd Fiddler, Shane Danyluk, Mike Winther, Mathew Berry-Lamontagna and Brock Balson will skate with clients of the Eagles Nest Youth Ranch.

Swift Current Broncos at Raiders – 7:00 PM

There is another Boston Pizza Frisbee Toss Against Cancer with proceeds to the Canadian Cancer Society. And before the game a young fan will receive a Spinoza Bear from Chelsea & Trevor of Power 99FM.
