Raiders acquire Hoffrogge from Oil Kings for draft pick
The Prince Albert Raiders have acquired 2003-born defenceman Jacob Hoffrogge from the Edmonton Oil Kings for a conditional sixth round pick in the 2025 WHL Prospects Draft.
Hoffrogge, now in his final season in the WHL, has played 121 games, playing with the Brandon Wheat Kings, Everett Silvertips, and the Oil Kings. The blueliner has two career goals and 24 assists for 26 points. After being acquired from the Silvertips last season, Hoffrogge tallied 12 assists in 28 games with Edmonton.
The Raiders (3-3-0-0) wrap up a two game road trip tonight in Edmonton. Puck drop is 7pm.
