Kelly, Pachal Invited To Ottawa’s Development Camp
Prince Albert, SK – Two Prince Albert Raiders were invited to a NHL development camp on Monday.
Parker Kelly and Brayden Pachal are off to the nation’s capital to take part in the Ottawa Senators’ development camp. The camp runs from Tuesday until Monday, July 3.
Kelly was picked in the seventh round of the 2014 WHL Bantam Draft by the Raiders. In his 140 career WHL games, the 18-year-old winger has 29 goals and 33 assists. Since the WHL Trade Deadline on Jan. 10, the Camrose product led the team with 16 goals and 13 assists in 30 games.
Pachal was a second-round pick of the Victoria Royals in the 2014 WHL Bantam Draft. The Estevan product was acquired by the Raiders on Jan. 9 in a WHL Trade Deadline deal.
Pachal, who turns 18 in August, had three goals and nine assists to go along with 37 penalty minutes in 30 games with the Raiders. Two of his three goals on the season were game winners.
