Game Preview: Game 46 vs Saskatoon
SETTING IT UP:
The Cobra Chickens look to snap their longest losing streak of the season tonight as they welcome the Saskatoon Blades to the Art Hauser Centre. Prince Albert has dropped five straight games, all of which have been played on the road. The club hopes home ice will help turn their luck around, but it won’t be easy with the WHL’s first place Blades in town. The last time these two clubs met, Prince Albert came out on the winning end for the first time in their season series, winning 2-1 in a shootout. Saskatoon has taken the other four meetings.
APPROACHING A MILESTONE:
Niall Crocker will be hitting a big milestone in his WHL career tomorrow night when the Raiders play their second half of a home and home against the Blades. The 19-year-old forward will be suiting up in his 200th career WHL game. Crocker is second in team scoring this season with 36 points in 45 games, which has already surpassed his total of 31 points in 66 games that he put up last season.
