Game Preview: Game 41 @ Regina
SETTING IT UP:
The Raiders picked up points in their third straight game on Friday night, defeating the Victoria Royals 4-3 in a shootout. It’s the third game in a row that Prince Albert has gone to a shootout, and they’ve gone 2-0-0-1 in those games. Tonight the green and gold pay a visit to Regina to battle the Pats. These two teams haven’t seen each other since November 1, when the Raiders won 4-1 at the Brandt Centre. The Raiders are 3-0 against Regina this season.
STAYING HOT:
After scoring his first career hat trick on Tuesday night, Oli Chenier delivered with another goal on Friday night, picking up his fourth goal in two games. The rookie winger now has eight goals and 14 points on the season.
THE CROCK POT IS COOKING:
Niall Crocker moved into a tie for second place in team scoring after a two assist effort in Friday’s win. Crocker now has 10 goals and 21 assists for 31 points on the campaign. He is now tied with Ryder Ritchie in points, still 18 back of Sloan Stanick who leads the team in scoring with 49 points.

The Raiders will hit the highway to Brandon to visit the Wheat Kings on Sunday afternoon to wrap up a 3 in 3 weekend. It will be a short rest for Prince Albert, as they will have to get ready for a 2pm puck drop. After that, the team is back on the road next weekend for another 3 in 3. This time they will swing through Alberta, making stops in Edmonton, Red Deer, and Calgary.
