Setting the Scene
The Raiders advanced to the 2019 Rogers WHL Championship Series after eliminating the Edmonton Oil Kings in six games in the Eastern Conference Championship. The series was clinched with a 4-2 win over the Oil Kings in Edmonton on Sunday, April 28, 2019. Joining the Raiders in the 2019 Rogers WHL Championship Series were the Vancouver Giants, coming off a five-game series victory in the Western Conference Championship over the Spokane Chiefs.
