Game Preview – Game 30 vs. Medicine Hat
RAIDER REVIEW: The Raiders (19-6-3-1) welcome the Medicine Hat Tigers (21-8-1-0) to the Art Hauser Centre tonight. On Saturday, the Raiders travelled to Moose Jaw to beat the Warriors 5-1 at Mosaic Place. Michael Horon scored his first two goals as a Raider, including the game-winner. Evan Herman, Tyson Laventure, and Daniil Stepanov also scored. Carter Serhyenko picked up the win with 28 saves.

SHORTHANDED: Evan Herman picked up the first shorthanded goal of his WHL career on Saturday night in Moose Jaw. He’s the third Raider to score on the penalty kill this season, joining Aliaksei Protas and Brayden Watts. The Raiders have four shorthanded goals this season.
DOUBLING UP: Michael Horon recorded the first two-goal performance of his WHL career in Saturday night’s win over the Warriors. One of his two goals was the first game winner of his career as well. The Lethbridge, AB product has two goals and an assist in seven games since being acquired from the Seattle Thunderbirds in November.
STREAKING: Ozzy Wiesblatt extended his point streak to four games with an assist on Saturday night. The 2020 NHL Draft prospect has three goals and two assists in those contests. The Calgary product is on his fourth point streak of four or more games this season.
HELPING HAND: With an assist on Evan Herman’s goal on Saturday, Jakob Brook tied his total set last year during his rookie season. The Roblin, MB product has three goals to go along with his six assists for nine points in 27 games.
MILESTONE: With his assist on Saturday night, Reece Vitelli reached 50 points (15 goals, 35 assists) in his 164-game WHL career.
