Vandekamp Makes "This Week in the WHL" Debute
Calgary, AB- The 2nd Edition 2005-06 WHL season of the “THE WHL THIS WEEK, RADIO
EDITION”, is now available in the downloads section of the league media site at www.whl.ca/media or by clicking on “THE WEEK THIS WEEK, RADIO EDITION” icon on the www.whl.ca homepage.
“THE WHL THIS WEEK, RADIO EDITION” is a weekly look around the Western Hockey League with host Terry Doyle. The broadcast version is a CD quality .mp3 file that is roughly 6 MB.
On this week’s show, Terry talks to the Head Coach of the Prince George Cougars Mike Vandekamp, about his first year behind the bench in the WHL. Terry also talks to Portland forward Brian Woolger about the Winter Hawks opening 2-0 record to start the season. He also catches up with Moose Jaw forward Dustin Boyd about his great start to the season helping lead the Warriors to a 2-0 record during the opening weekend.
