HOCKEY SCHOOL AUGUST 12-16
KAMLOOPS BLAZERS HOCKEY SCHOOL NEXT WEEK
Kamloops, BC – The Kamloops Blazers Hockey School wrapped up this week at McArthur Island Sports Centre. Head Coach Dave Hunchak and Associate Coach Mark Ferner led the on-ice skills instruction, while Nina Hrycewich led all morning power skating sessions.
Kamloops Blazers Goaltender Coach Dan De Palma and former Head Coach and now the Advisor to Hockey Operations, Guy Charron were on the ice throughout the week. Alumni including Chris Murray and Ryan Hanes also made on-ice appearances.
Current players that were hockey school instructors included Taran Kozun, Ryan Rehill, Aaron Macklin, Mitch Friesen, Chase Souto, Nick Chyzowski, Connor Clouston and Devin Oakes.
The hockey school had four different age groups ranging from Initiation to Bantam and ages 5-13 with 90+ kids attending.
