Tickets for the 2014 MasterCard Memorial Cup auxiliary events and festivities are on sale now!
In addition to the hockey games taking place at Budweiser Gardens, there are a number of events for the community to be involved in. A full description of each of the ticketed events is listed below in order of event date.
Those interested in tickets for the events requiring ticketing can call 519-681-0800 ext 1 or visit the OMAC Mortgages London Knights Box Office in person inside Jack Astor’s Gate #4 of Budweiser Gardens (located at the corner of Dundas Street and Ridout Street) beginning Monday March 30. Please note that tickets for the 2014 MasterCard Memorial Cup Golf Tournament presented by LIUNA will only be available online.
2014 MasterCard Memorial Cup Opening Gala Presented by BMO
Celebrate the MasterCard Memorial Cup’s arrival in London with an evening of great food and entertainment at the 2014 MasterCard Memorial Cup Opening Gala presented by BMO. Emceed by NewsTalk 1290 CJBK’s Mike Stubbs, this evening will feature a surprise guest speaker as well as a delicious three-course plated dinner. Musical entertainment will be provided by It’s a String Thing and you’ll have a chance to bid on one of a kind silent auction items. You’ll also be able to meet this year’s players with all four competing teams being formally introduced. Dress is business casual.

2014 MasterCard Memorial Cup Golf Tournament Presented by LIUNA
Teeing off at the picturesque FireRock Golf Club and The Oaks Golf Club, the 2014 MasterCard Memorial Cup Golf Tournament presented by LIUNA will feature celebrity players, great food and amazing prizes. Taking place on Thursday, May 22, 2014, all golfers will be treated to a light breakfast, a day of golf followed by a dinner/late luncheon. Don’t miss your chance to play alongside notable CHL Alumni and golf on some of the greatest courses that London has to offer.

2014 CHL Awards Presented by The London Free Press
The CHL Awards presentation will take place on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at The Grand Theatre in downtown London. Recognizing the year’s top performers in each of the CHL’s three leagues, the CHL Awards presentation is an annual event that is rich in history and features an autograph session by the nominees followed by a formal awards presentation.
The awards ceremony includes the CCM Player of the Year, BMO Rookie of the Year and Jack Links Top Prospect of the Year as well as many other great award presentations. Recent Award recipients include Sidney Crosby, Patrick Kane, John Tavares, Jordan Eberle, Taylor Hall, Ryan Ellis, Dale Hunter, Carey Price and Michael Houser; undoubtedly, this year’s recipients are poised for continued career success. This prestigious event will be one you won’t want to miss.

About the MasterCard Memorial Cup
The 96th edition of the MasterCard Memorial Cup will take place May 16-25, 2014, at Budweiser Gardens and will feature the champions of the Ontario Hockey League, the Western Hockey League, and the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League as well as the host London Knights. The 2014 event marks the second time the Knights will host the prestigious national championship following 2005 when the franchise won their first Memorial Cup title on home ice led by MVP Corey Perry in a 4-0 win over the Rimouski Oceanic.
