Wolves’ Ross commits to Toronto Metropolitan University
Toronto Metropolitan University’s men’s hockey program has announced that Sudbury Wolves overager Liam Ross has committed for the 2022-23 season.
Drafted in the fourth round (63rd overall) in the 2017 OHL Priority Selection, the six-foot-two, 203 lbs. defenceman spent four seasons playing with the Wolves. The former captain recorded 79 points scoring 24 goals and 55 assists (24-55-79) in 249 games over his OHL tenure. The OHL did not play any games in 2020-21 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Ross joins Wolves teammate Kosta Manikis in Toronto Metropolitan University’s recruitment class.
