1ST STAR: NICK ROBERTSON (PETERBOROUGH PETES) – 2G, 1A
Newly signed Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Nick Robertson scored twice and added an assist as the Peterborough Petes took down the CHL’s top-ranked London Knights by a score of 6-4. Robertson finished off a nifty second period passing play with David Maier and Semyon Der-Arguchintsev before later following up his own rebound in the third period for the game winning goal. The 18-year-old from Northville, Mich. finished with a plus-3 rating and five shots on goal. Robertson recorded 55 points (27-28–55) over 54 games last season before being selected by Toronto in the second round of the 2019 NHL Draft.

2ND STAR: ARTHUR KALIYEV (HAMILTON BULLDOGS) – 1G, 2A
Los Angeles Kings prospect Arthur Kaliyev helped a pair of Bulldogs rookies score their first OHL goal on Friday as Hamilton skated to a 4-3 win in Sarnia. Kaliyev set up both Lawson Sherk and Ryan Winterton while also scoring a goal of his own as the Dogs won their first game of the 2019-20 season. Winterton’s goal stood as the game winner as Kaliyev picked up where he left off last season when he recorded 102 points (51-51–102) over 67 contests. He was a second round pick of Los Angeles this past summer.

3RD STAR: JET GREAVES (BARRIE COLTS) – 29 SV SO
Barrie Colts netminder Jet Greaves had a perfect start to his season, turning aside all 29 shots he faced in a 3-0 road blanking of the North Bay Battalion. Greaves was busiest in the opening frame as the Troops outshot the Colts 14-9 with the 18-year-old netminder standing tall. The Cambridge, Ont. native went 7-12-2-1 last season with a 3.36 goals-against average and .911 save percentage over 27 contests.
