OHL and FloHockey Freeviews to Continue in OHL Playoffs
The Ontario Hockey League and FloHockey will continue to make select games available free to fans as the OHL Playoffs get underway this week.
Following the conclusion of the regular season, Freeviews will extend into the opening round with select Game 1 matchups available across FloHockey’s social platforms. Fans can watch these games live and free on FloHockey’s YouTube, X, and Facebook channels, while all other playoff games will remain available through a FloHockey subscription.
The 2026 OHL Playoffs begin Thursday night as the Niagara IceDogs visit the Barrie Colts in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference Quarterfinal series. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:00 pm.
Barrie enters the postseason as Central Division champions and the second seed in the Eastern Conference. The Colts will look to build on last season’s run, which saw them reach the Eastern Conference Final before falling to Oshawa. Niagara returns to the playoffs as the seventh seed and opens the series on the road, looking to challenge one of the conference’s top teams.
Freeview coverage continues Friday night in London as the Knights host the Soo Greyhounds in Game 1 of a tightly contested Western Conference Quarterfinal series. Live coverage begins at 6:30 pm with the pre-game show, followed by puck drop at 7:00 pm.
The Soo and London battled for home ice advantage in the 4-versus-5 matchup down to the final day of the regular season, with the Knights securing home ice in the closing stages. The series brings together two familiar Midwest Division opponents in what is expected to be a closely played opening round.
Additional Freeview games may be announced throughout the playoffs as the OHL and FloHockey continue to provide fans with access to key matchups during the postseason.
