- Montreal Canadiens prospect Owen Beck led the comeback on Sunday afternoon, scoring a hat-trick as the Petes rallied from down 5-0 to win their fourth in a row

- Anthony Romani extended his goal-scoring streak to three games, collecting two goals and an assist including the game-winner
- Dallas Stars draft pick Justin Ertel joined Ethan Procyszyn, Owen Van Steensel and Ty Nelson in tallying a goal and an assist
- North Bay led 5-2 after two periods before Sudbury came up with four goals in the third to make a game of it
- Landon McCallum, Nolan Collins, Kocha Delic and Dalibor Dvorsky all had a goal and an assist for Sudbury
- Sudbury netminder and former second-round draft pick Andrew Gaulton made 25 saves in his OHL debut
