- 16-year-old rookie Matheas Stark scored four goals, including a natural hat-trick as the Rangers improved to 3-1-0-1 in preseason play
- Mississauga led 4-3 early in the third period before Stark scored three consecutive goals to give Kitchener the lead for good
- Cameron Mercer (3A), Tanner Lam (2A) and Luke Ellinas (2A) had multiple assists for Kitchener, who won with 16 skaters in the lineup
- Marc Boudreau scored in his first game as a Steelhead while Lucas Karmiris and Adam Zidlicky joined him with a goal and an assist
- The Rangers went 2-for-7 on the power play to Mississauga’s 0-for-3 mark

London 3, Erie 2 (in St. Thomas)
- Kaeden Johnston, Henry Brzustewicz and Blake Arrowsmith scored London goals as the Knights edged the Otters in St. Thomas
- Newcomer Juan Copeland had a pair of assists for London, wearing #77
- Malcolm Spence and Ondrej Molnar scored Erie goals
- Rookie Alexei Medvedev stopped 16-of-16 for the Knights as he and Owen Willmore combined for the victory despite being outshot 34-18
- London was limited. to 15 skaters in the lineup
- The win came before a crowd of 1,967 at the Joe Thornton Community Centre

- A three-goal second period pushed Niagara ahead of Oshawa for good as Marcus Vandenberg made 18 saves for the win
- Michael Podolioukh scored twice for the IceDogs while Kevin He and Ryan Humphrey each had a goal and an assist
- Ryder McIntyre, Luke Torrance and Stuart Rolofs scored Oshawa goals

- Simon Slavicek netted a hat-trick as the Firebirds scored seven times on 36 shots for the win
- Flint led 3-0 midway through regulation before Windsor scored three straight goals to make a game of things
- Flint rookies Jeremy Martin and Max Anderson got in on the offence with goals while Jack D’Arcy, Marko Stojkov and Zacharie Giroux each had two assists
- Liam Greentree had a goal and an assist for the Spitfires
- Firebirds rookie Jacob Brown earned the win in goal, stopping 30-of-33
