OHL prospects put skills on display at Hockey Canada U17 Development Camp

A total of 39 OHL prospects chosen in the 2024 OHL Priority Selection competed in this week’s Hockey Canada National Under-17 Development Camp at Joshua’s Creek Arenas in Oakville, Ont.

The camp consisted of both on and off-ice components, including six different competitive scrimmages. Players will continue to be evaluated throughout the opening months of their first OHL season as they seek to lock down a roster spot with Canada at the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge from November 1-9 at Progressive Auto Sales Arena in Sarnia, Ont.

Here’s a quick breakdown of scrimmage results from this past week’s camp, specifically focusing on how players selected in the 2024 OHL Priority Selection performed in Oakville.

 

Day 3 – Tuesday, July 23rd

Team White 4 vs. Team Gold 1
