OHL Announces Disciplinary Action
Toronto, Ont. – The Ontario Hockey League today announced that Kingston Frontenacs player Roman Schmidt has been suspended for six games as a result of his actions on January 14th at Oshawa.
Contained within the six-game ruling is a two-game suspension as a result of Schmidt exceeding the League’s threshold of three fighting majors during the regular season.
Schmidt will be eligible to return to the lineup for Kingston’s game on February 6th at Oshawa.
