Hounds’ coach John Dean raises funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Sault Ste. Marie
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Sault Ste. Marie held their annual ‘BIG BAIL OUT’ on October 20th, where Soo Greyhounds Head Coach John Dean took part in the event.
BBBS is a nationwide organization that provides boys and girls with a positive adult role model and a friend to talk to and share the experiences of growing up with.
The ‘BIG BAIL OUT’ raises money for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Sault Ste. Marie.
Taking part as a ‘Convict’, Coach Dean along with the other participants were tasked with raising $1000 dollars in the form of pledges to pay their ‘bail’ with all proceeds going towards running programs that help to provide opportunities for at risk youth in Sault Ste. Marie.
