- This game stayed back and forth throughout as the Fronts and Colts would trade goals all the way to the end
- Colts captain Beau Jelsma had a two-goal game to help lead his team to victory
- Utah Hockey Club prospect Cole Beaudoin would score the game-winning empty net goal to seal the victory for Barrie

- Seattle Kraken prospect Carson Rehkopf recorded his 19th goal of the season for the Brampton Steelheads to tie game in the first
- A back-and-forth second period that saw goals from Noah Van Vliet and Ethan Czata for Niagara and Calgary Flames prospect Luke Misa for Brampton, the IceDogs were up 3-2 heading into the third period
- Brampton’s Luke Misa would add later add a second goal to his total for the night to cut the deficit to one for the Steelheads
- Owen Flores stopped 30-of-34 for the win

Sarnia Sting 1 at Ottawa 67’s 6
- Columbus Blue Jackets prospect and Ottawa 67’s captain Luca Pinelli led his team offensively, recording his second hat trick of the season putting him into sole possession of 23rd all-time in scoring in 67’s franchise history
- After a quiet first period, the Sting and 67’s offence awoke in the second period with Ottawa opening the scoring on two unanswered goals by Zach Houben and Will Gerrior
- Sarnia cut the deficit to one on Ryan Brown’s fourth goal of the season, but that was all the offence that Sarnia would put up in this game
- The 67’s closed the game out with four straight goals including Luca Pinelli’s natural hat trick
- 67’s goaltender Jaeden Nelson backstopped his team with 36 saves in the winning effort
