Game 36 Highlights – Wolves @ Battalion
The Sudbury Wolves picked up a 6-4 victory over the North Bay Battalion on Sunday.
It was a balanced attack for the Pack as six different players found the back of the net. Marc Boudreau picked the top corner for his fifth of the season in the first period. Down 3-1 in the second it was the defenders getting involved. Dylan Robinson and Jacob Holmes both scored their third of the year to pull Sudbury even. Kocha Delic put the Wolves out front, deflecting his 11th of the campaign in the net. Next it was Quentin Musty’s turn, burying his ninth of the year from deep for the eventual game winner. After the Battalion ended the run of four straight Wolves goals, David Goyette slid his 14th of the year into the empty net.
Goyette and Delic also had two assists to give them three points each on the afternoon. Payton Robinson had two assists as well, earning the first multi-point game of his OHL career. Musty and Robinson each added helpers while Evan Konyen, Andre Anania and Liam Ross were each credited with an assist as well.
Mitchell Weeks stopped 30 shots in the win.
The Wolves start a seven game homestand on Tuesday, January 25th against the Barrie Colts.
