Wolves Complete Trade with Attack
(Greater Sudbury, ON) The Sudbury Wolves announce that they have traded the rights to right winger Kirill Nizhnikov to the Owen Sound Attack in exchange for Owen Sound’s conditional 4th round pick in 2022 and conditional 5th round pick in 2023.
Kirill was acquired by the Wolves from the Barrie Colts midway through the 2017-18 season. He played 38 games as a member of the Wolves that season and accumulated 24 points. Last season, he suited up for 20 games for the Wolves before deciding to return to Russia to play in the MHL.
The Sudbury Wolves wish Kirill the best of luck in his future hockey career.
