January 23rd, 1998, the Guelph Storm took on the Sudbury Wolves and edged them out 2-0. With an incredible effort by this Guelph Storm team, they set a new record for the fewest shots allowed in a period. The Storm did not allow the Wolves to put a single shot on the net in the second period. The final SOG was 44-23.
