Daws’ NHL prospects on track despite early end to season

Nico Daws has a fairly good idea of how his dream season with the Guelph Storm is going to end.
The 19-year-old goaltender is going to be selected in the 2020 National Hockey League draft, and in all likelihood, he is going to be among the first group of goalies to be taken.
Like every other draft-eligible player in the Canadian Hockey League, Daws’ chance to give NHL scouts more to ponder came to an end last week when the playoffs and Memorial Cup were cancelled in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
