My Experience as the Guelph Junior Reporter!

Hi, I’m Ethan, and recently I was selected be the Guelph Storm Junior Reporter for the game against Erie. It was an awesome experience, and the best part was getting to meet Brayden Gillespie. He was super nice and took the time to answer my questions after the game!.

Being the Junior Reporter was so much fun! It was exciting to be right there with the players and to ask my own questions. The Storm did an amazing job setting everything up, and it made me feel like a real sports reporter. If you love hockey like I do, I definitely recommend signing up for a chance to be a Junior Reporter!

What’s your favourite NHL team?

“My favourite NHL team? I’d have to say the Maple Leafs.”

What is your pre game meal? 

“My normal pre-game meal is pasta with meat sauce and a salad”

Why do you kiss the back of your helmet before you put it on? 

“My mom always calls me B, so it’s more just a throwback to my family so I kiss it so they’re always with me.”
