Storm fans raise over $2,500 for Guelph Giants
The Guelph Storm Hockey Club is proud to announce that our special warm-up jerseys worn during all home contests of the 2016-17 season brought in a total of more than $2,500 through our online auction.
All net proceeds from the sale of these jerseys will be donated to Guelph Giants Special Hockey Foundation.
The Guelph Giants Special Hockey Foundation is dedicated to encourage, empower and enable athletes with an intellectual disability to participate in an inclusive hockey program.
These proceeds will be added to the amount raised during the seventh annual Storm versus Giants benefit game held on February 25. To see highlights from the game, click here!
The Storm would like to thank those who purchased a jersey and participated in the auction for contributing to such a special cause in our community.
