Storm Select Right Winger in Ninth Round
In the ninth round of the OHL Priority Selection, the Storm selected Brendon Merritt from the Brantford 99ers. After six picks in the opening four rounds, the Storm have only three picks between rounds five and ten. With the selection of Merritt, the Storm have selected one goaltender, two defencemen and five forwards.
Merritt was one of only ten players from Alliance Hockey to receive an invite to participate in the Ontario Under 17 Camp to be held at York University between June 24 – 27.
