Weekend Preview
The Mississauga Steelheads (9-4-0-1) finish off a four-game homestand with two games this weekend at the Hershey Centre. First, they host Slater Koekkoek and the Peterborough Petes on Friday, November 2nd, at 7:30 p.m. before skating against Connor McDavid and the Erie Otters on Sunday, November 4th at 2:00 p.m. The Steelheads last played on Sunday when they defeated the Sudbury Wolves 3-2 in a shootout.

Game Notables vs. Peteborough Petes:
#26 BRETT FOY has averaged 0.75 PPG in his career against Peterborough, a career high.
#28 STUART PERCY has more career assists against Peterborough with seven than against any other East Division opponent.
Game Notables vs. Erie Otters
#10 ANDREW GOLDBERG recorded his first career 2-goal game against Erie on February 26th, 2012.
#23 DYLAN SMOSKOWITZ has tallied more career goals against Erie than any other Western Conference opponent. He has scored in two consecutive games against the Otters. He recorded two goals, three points and a plus-3 rating against Erieon October 13th, 2012.
#28 STUART PERCY will have recorded a point against every single OHL team if he gets one against Erie
#30 SPENCER MARTIN made his first career OHL start and recorded his first career OHL win against Erie, a 29-save performance in a 4-2 win on October 12th, 2011.

The Peterborough Petes are the oldest continuous franchise in the Ontario Hockey League and in the Canadian Hockey League. They are currently in their 57th Ontario Hockey League season (2012/13).
Erie’s Connor McDavid is on a 14-game point scoring streak, dating back to September 21st. He has tallied 7 goals, 11 assists for 18 points during that stretch.
The Steelheads have not lost in regulation against Erie, posting a 5-0-3 record since a 4-3 loss on November 28th, 2008, including a 4-3 win earlier this season on October 13th. Mississauga defeated the Otters on the strength of a Dylan Smoskowitz goal at 17:40 of the 3rd Period.
