Morgan was a first-round (12th overall) selection by the Kingston Frontenacs in the 2017 OHL Draft. The Richmond, Ont. native has recorded 30 points (12G, 18A) in 96 career OHL games.

A 5-foot-11, 183-pound center, Morgan notched 41 points (21G, 20A) in 32 games with the Toronto Jr. Canadiens Minor Midget AAA Hockey Team. He also posted a point-per-game average at the 2017 OHL Gold Cup, scoring twice and adding three assists for Team GTHL Blue.

“I’m very excited to be part of what they have coming in the future in Flint,” said Morgan. “It happened so fast and I’m very happy that it was to Flint. I was just there Saturday and it was really loud when the Firebirds scored. All the fans are really into the games and it’s all we can ask for as a player.”
